Hi Guys <br />Anyone ever hear of a pre war airplane Lionel created called a model 50.It has a motor and a steel pylon and the very fragile almost paperlike plane is connected on the end of a hollow tube where 2 cables control the spinning propellor and movement by a mechanical "joystick" made of potmetal. The airplane actually operates but the potmetal on the controller is breaking apart.Anyone know the value of this plane.I would be happy to email photos if requested.
