I placed an order online with SHS. Within 3 hours, I realized I had forgotten to order an additional item. I e-mailed them asking if the item could be added to the original order. I haven't received a reply from them. My CC was charged $124, but my order was over $200. I have not received any kind of shipping notice or any other contact from them. Is this normal for them? Do i need to be more persistent and pester the %$#@ out of them for an answer? This is my first dealing with them. I receive much better service from M B Klein and Discounttrainsonline. Any thoughts or ideas?? <br />Thanks for any input! <br />Tim
