 Hi I am new to model railways & trying to put together a cheap layout for my nephew, I have just bought a "00" Class 7 Britannia No:70000 off e-bay & am sure there are bits of the electrics missing! This model is tender driven & has a contact connection to the loco but I cannot find any "pickups" on either. Looking on the Hornby site they have a service sheet for what I think is a newer spec "Britannia" sheet No:253B which shows pickups for both tender & loco. Also on another site they list pickups for the Brit` on sheet No:224 part X8483 - LOCO CHASSIS BOTTOM. Should this model have pickups? Has anybody got or know where I can find Service sheet No:224 so I can check. Really appreciate any help, Thanks...
