Hey all!A quick heads up regarding this thread.  I know it's been over 2 years and there is a lot of history here, but I would appreciate it if you would start a new thread for the new year.  Due to the size of this thread and the number of posts, I would like to see a new discussion thread started so we can go ahead and close this one.Thanks & Happy New Year!David Voss
