Hey Buddy, Easytrak would be your best bet as you stated you want to set up layout in your dorm and would have to be dismantled at future date - flextrack would allow more flexability but usually fastened for more permanent layout - either way though both track would do. But maybe for your first time Easytrak would be best for you and remember its not wasted as can be combined with flextrack once you decide to set up permanent layout - hope above helped a bit.
