Newer wrinkle for me, the Best Offer. Made offer with stipulations on item and s/h. Recvd 2 emails from eXxy, one said I won, one said I lost. Seller sent invoice ignoring stipulations of offer. I notified seller that I have no intention of completing transaction as the circumstances are suspect. Don
