Here in Michigan, we get just as much snow as Wisconsin, maybe even more. I remember watching the news one day that South Carolina had 1/2 " of snow and they shut everything down and put chains on their tires and put big snowplows on their trucks. I couldn't help cracking up[:D][:p]. I also agree with your opinion on T-storms and Tornados. I sleep up stairs too and I freak out everytime there's a flash of lightening......[|)][:)]
