I have one. It sounds good. I think the horn is one of the best sounding I have heard. It pulls well and runs quiet (except for the sound of course[:P]). I do have a few complaints though, it runs jerkily, disabling DC conversion helped but it still jerks while running light. When its pulling cars it smoothes out though. Also the bottom mounted speakers will pick up any little bits of metal on the track and you will have to tear down the loco and clean the little metal bits off every now and then. If you dont clean the speakers the sound gets distorted. Also if you pick up something big like a spike or track nail it will sound awful until you take it apart and get the nail out. Because of this I made a magnet car which I push around every now and then. It picks up the metal instead of the speakers. Also if you are taking it to a layout you have never run on before bring your magnet car and push it in front just to be safe.

Overall its a nice engine and you wont be disappointed by it.
