Bachmann Plus SD45

What would you guys think a fair price for a slightly used/ excellent condition SD45 Bachmann Plus would be? Its out of production Northern Pacific.

It sure is a beauty.

I have one in BN paint and it is a great performer.

Ad some details and it looks like a winner.

Just curious on some input.

As cheap as you can get your hands on it. I have two that I picked up new for $20.00 each. But Im the kind of guy that is trying to make his hobby budget streatch.

Well, I have two Bachmann Spectrum SD45s in UP livery that I got from EBay on two separate bids. Both purchased and shipped to me for less than $30 each if that helps you.

I bought it today on Ebay for 31.00. A little more than I wanted to spend but it completes my roster for now. It will work as a team with a U25C.

It was a fight till the end with a fellow E-Bayer that is also a Northern Pacific fan.

Since there is not many options in Northern Pacific livery and I love the old SD45, I am quite happy with the purchase. Early Xmas present.

I bought another one in BN livery earlier this year for 20.00 . Its a fine runner.

I recently recieved my Northern Pacific SD45. I must say it sure is a beautiful locomotive.

It runs wonderful and the previous owner took great care of it and it came with painted handrails and a snowplow attached.

One thing I did notice compared to my other one in BN paint is the NP one I just recieved has see through fans on top. My BN SD45 does not.

Not sure if I have a Bachmann Plus or a Spectrum series SD45.

In either case I am very happy and it is a nice Christmas present to myself this year.

sorry i was wrong my bachman is a spectrum. I read somwhere they are S#$%!!!!
