guess i should have waited a couple more hours....they just showed up!!! they are beautiful. looks like thay have all the data info on them, all the rooftop details (antennas, horn etc...) you can even see the fan blades on the roof. they have seperate number boards with the numbers on themthe handrails are beautiful. they have snowplows, silver trim around the windows, and even the details on the frame (piping, hoses, bell, air tanks) overall i am very impressed. my HO scale models dont even have this much detail!it looks like they even have ditch lights that work (cant tell for sure because i dont have any track to run them on). if you can find them i would recommend picking one or two up. i got 2 of them decorated for the Union Pacific. and at under 70 bucks each...it wasnt too bad of a deal.

I just bought SD90 from Kato, six to be honest...
They look fantastic and are superb running models. Kato's C44 already were superb models but the new SD90 are even better. The pulling power is outstanding. Where I needed 4-5 SD40's (also Kato) I can hook two SD90 to pull the same train ! Low speed ist great as well. They're able to run as slow as one inch in 2 minutes. Maybe this works only with DCC. By the way I own 20 Atlas and about 40-50 Kato's all DCC equipped. But the SD90's are simply the best of them all. I'm thinking of ordering some more and sell older ones instead. Like the prototypes are doing.
