Hi <br />Back when MRC just had the Tech 4 250 and 350 i decided to get the 250. Because it was less expensive. But the 350 has more power and is programable like the 250 but also has memory. The 350 also has more power. I don't know much about the 280 but i was pleased with the 250 which i assume is like the 350 in alot of ways. Also the 250 has an optional walkaround throttle which i think the 350 has also. The walkaround throttle is for me the most handy feature. If i were you i would go with the 350. My 250 has run great for many years. The programable features of the 250 and 350 are neat also. I don't use the programable features very often. But i love the walkaround throttle.
