Vic, it's "Caveat Emptor" with all sources and not just model railroading. I use both sources. If I'm really in a hurry or know they might have it I'll drive the 10 miles to the local hobby shop as I like to brose a bit. I buy a great deal over the internet but don't find looking at pictures or blank spots that enticing so I only buy exactly what I'm looking for. <br /> <br />Yes, the shop should have been back in touch with you when they found out they couldn't get you part but having run a retail business myself the best of intentions sometimes get way layed. <br /> <br />Give them a try again. If they screw up again then look for a new one.....Walt
