Since you haven't received any replies I would go to www.bachmanntrains.com and post your question on their message board. Also, I would click on the "CONTACT US" selection, then click on their SERVICE link and their E_Mail form pops up. I'm not DCC and only own one Spectrum, the new HW Steamer. Best I can offer.
