James: I think you need to complain to e-bay about the gentleman you got you banned from e-bay.  I would push the fact that he is harassing you.  E-bay is getting in trouble in the States because minors are getting harassed by their adult members.  Also, file a complaint with the Aussie government about the man and e-bay (We call it the Federal Trade Commission here).  E-bay might get more attentive to you side if the government starts bugging them.   Well off again.  Have fun and be safe.
