Decoder in a Proto 2000 DDC ready GP9 Question?

Okay lets take this step by step. GP9 is a plug and play decoder. Is the decoder plugged in the right way? There is a right and wrong way to plug them in. Pin 1 needs to be plugged into the circuit board in the plug marked pin 1. Its been a while since I've done one of those but I am 99% sure that pin 1 on the decoder is labeled and hole 1 on the circuit board is labeled. Might not be real obvious so you'll have to look carefully at both. <br />Since its plug and play you don't have to worry about isolating the motor. Thats already done. <br />Also while you are checking pin 1, check all the other pins and make sure none got bent, or worse, broken. Its easy to do. Make sure all the pins are going into the holes. <br />Hope some of this helps. Let me know if it doesn't. <br />JB
