After the Tyco set in HO, lots of Athearn diesels after that, and now my entry into N scale, with little doubt the worst model locos are Life-Like. Maybe I have been cursed with purchasing the wrong models (SD7's), but they are noisy, they stub their toes all over the layout (neither Atlas nor Kato do this), and the detail is mediocre to poor. If there is an oxymoron in N scale it is "Quality Life-Like" product!
