I would go over to your local craft store, and take a look at their dried plants. You should be able to find something there that should work very well for the branches. (If the color is wrong......don't worry......just repaint them). <br /> <br />As for the trunk, I would use either square balsa or bassword OR use round dowels and then taper them off (on either the square or dowel). You can get some really great effects with trees by using square stock and using a dremel to shape your trees. Once you have your trunk made up and painted, go ahead and start cutting your branches you got at the craft store, and start to glue them in. Wallah. <br /> <br />I lately have been getting on the kick of "Trees are models too" and have been experimenting with various ways to make trees. When I find some more ways......I'll post them here. <br /> <br />Craig <br />
