To my knowledge Model Power does not sell parts like Athearn does. But my first step would be to contact Model Power. They probably have a small mountain of damaged engines sitting around that they can raid for parts. If I recall Model Power engines come with a parts list or exploded drawing with the parts numbered -- they will want to know the part number and exactly what kind of engine it is (maybe even what year it was bought).

The other thought is you might find a junker version of the same engine at a swap meet and hope and pray that the part you need is not the reason it is on the scrap pile!
If you end up coming up empty put the engine in a box -- do not throw it away -- and just keep looking. It is amazing how many years I have had to wait in some cases for just the right missing part to turn up, often in a mixed box of junk at a swap meet.

North West Short Line might make a part you could use.

Another idea might be to cut a piece of neoprene tube that fits snugly over the fitting on the motor shaft and fitting on the truck. Quick, dirty, an inelegant, but it should work.
