Its hard to plan and build a good, proto acurate, and modern engien terminal.
Any ideas on how to solve this problem[?][?][?]

Suggestion:
1.) Go down to your local engine yard and look at the terminal.
2.) Get a USGS quad. map with an engine terminal shown on it, and study it.
3.) Kalmbach has a book out on engine terminals.
