i have a walthers' red-x cement elevator and i was curious if anyone out there has used theirs for something else besides as a cement elevator. i saw on the net that it is similar top elevators used to hold phosphates, fertilizers, paint pigments and other powdery minerals. my red-x plant will be set in michigan's leelanau county. has a such a building been used for something like feed or road salt?
