Big 8 Bogy flat car. HELP

Hi All, I need some info on a flat car i found on the "TRAINZ ULTIMATE COLLECTION" computer sim.

It has 4 Bogys under each end. the first has a rail and brake wheel. the next two are joined with an arm the main body is mounted on, the inside one is conected buy a smaller arm. The body is a deprested center style.

If anyone can tell me the name, send some picks or let me know who is modeling it? it would be fantastic.
