Dean, I just used the cork road bed for around the turntable and for the foundation around the round house. That worked fine. Did you get your motor on the turn table working? I have had a really hard time with that. It either moves very stiff or not at all. I gotta fiddle with it to rotate it and the motor mounting isn't very easy to install either. I also had a problem getting the two leads for the tracks to stay on. They kept shorting out. Take care, Todd
