I'm a newbie to DCC, and I chose the PE because of its price and the fact that I won't make very many demands on the system, a simple one will do. I got it to run my On30 models on a pair of modules I have yet to build. My HO scale modules are still on regular DC and will stay that way probably. I wanted DCC with my On30 stuff mostly for the sound - and it works just great! <br /> <br />Bob Boudreau
