I wanted to renew this question one last time as I got no response the first time. I am in the planning stages for my new layout. I want to use a car card and waybill system for car routing. I have the MiTrains and WayBills software for producing these cards. The way bills are simply printed on business cards, but the envelope-style car cards are a mystery to me. The software will print on the envelopes, but who carries them? Is there some type of pocket used in the business world, etc. that can be used for these. I have seen these in MR articles, but I don't remember ever reading where people acquire the pocket-style car cards. Can anyone tell me where to find these in the size I need to fit the 2"x3.5" way bills?
