Thanks Bill, I just got back from my local Wal-Mart and picked up 18 more of the older model Malibu cars. I figure I will get them while they last. Sorry to hear about the cancellation of the Vet by Model Power. The Malibu cars do display the "8+" label on the front of their boxes and the "WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD•Small parts Not for children under 3 years." And another warning on the bottom, "Not suitable for children under 3 years old due to the danger of swallowing small parts." Isn't that enough warning for consumers? I would think so, but knowing how some judges rule - maybe not. Jim
