What's the best thing to use, to clean the rails of my O27 Scale track?

Not up to speed on 027, but MAAS, a paste put my HO Tony's Clean Machine out of business.

I think most of the O27 experts hang out in the Classic Toy Train forum. I would ask them as o27 track is made out of different stuff than HO track is.
