Consider that part of the "price" you pay for your space is to occasionally slap a smile on, act friendly, play 'tour guide/chaperone' and perhaps even compromise your operations in favor of guests. Either that's better for you than paying rent, or it's not (in which case, find a new space and pay for it with money instead of access).
