Just got back from MRR show in Raleigh, NC. (kinda long)

With a bit of selective compression you may find that modeling the New Bern area is doable. You wouldn't have to model all ten blocks or all the water. A few signature structures, a truss bridge not necessarily to scale and a clever track plan would have your neighbors saying, "How'd he do that?" Street running is a great feature on a layout. <br /> <br />I've never seen the track going down the middle of the historic district but next time I'm down there I'll take a look.
