MY LIONEL DEALER IS UNABLE TO GET LIONEL'S SMOKE ,SO HE BOUGHT SUPERSMOKE,AND IT WORKS GREAT,I AGREE ABOUT THE "FAST WICKING",PUT IN MY D&H DIESEL AND SMOKE RIGHT NOW,WHEN GONE WENT BACK TO LIONEL'S SMOKE,THIS AM,RAN SAME ENGINE FOR ABOUT 1/2 HOUR "NOTHING"=====HUB

Hub; I do not have any Lionel's except a HO 4-8-4 American Fredom Engine. It is not a "Smoker"!
In one of my other projects, I wanted smoke. A Dearler told me to be careful. If the oiltank is metal, Lionel type, is ok. If the tank is plastic, a vegetable base "Smoke"oil is preferred.
Maybe the type of oil you have, isn't right for the engine. But, it sounds like a defective smoke unit!

we have one problem:that is lionel dealer in puyallup can-not,find any lionel smoke to buy,so has gone to supersmoke.==HUB
