If it truly is DCC equipped and isn't moving when you select #611, you need to check to see that it is properly programmed. Most locomotives (and decoders) are set to a default address of 3, and will not operate under the locomotive's road number until so programmed. Since I don't have any experience with the Zephyr, though, I will leave the programming aspects to others. <br /> <br />If trying 00 doesn't work as stated in the above post, try 03 and see what you get. If that's it, then you need to program the road number.
