I have daydreamed many times about a modern outdoor layout. Yours is now my benchmark and goal to someday look towards. Doing N scale is great, but I can see my eye sight getting bad in the years to come, sort of a family tradition. Feel free to hit my profile and pop me an email. Thanks!
