We can't get lax [/quote] Actually add the fact that this happened in New Orleans, of course before the huricane, but if the looting/shooting and from what I heard on the radio today, rapes and murders, maybe the police and RR police are just a little more on guard down there with what looks like a under the surface and waiting to boil population. I know I would be. Though this guy wasn't looting, shooting, carrying any nukes and such. Just wondering...
