If you hear "..I'm fixin' to do ...(something)" You can bet that person is from TEXAS. <br /> <br />Ahhh Golden Meadow LA. where one mile per hour over the speed limit gets you a ticket. The only place in the US and CANADA that I've seen a four lane by-pass loop and everyone driving 35 MPH. This loop has rice fields on both sides, it's not like it goes through a populated area. <i>What do I mean populated area?</i> Heck, I'm talking about Golden Meadow. But they now have a Wally World. Tell anyone in LA that you are going to Port Fourchon and they will tell you not to speed in GM. That's a great reputation!
