[/quote] Isambard You have a couple of choices, I see many use railimages.com. also you could get a hosting account or check with your ISP, the people that provide you with your Internet access and see if they have free web space you can use. Or if you have a digital camera, some of the companies, Canon and Sony will give you space, but I think you have to have them print a picture from your collection, or maybe that's just Kodak (Kim Kamando the radio show mentioned it once) I have a hosting account that I use, but it's more of a manual process unlike what railimages.com probably has a web interface. You may want to see about nscale.net, as a member you get some storage space to post pictures, but I am not sure if they prohibit hot-linking.
