I had my first photo published in MR's Trackside Photos in March of 1983. By was that exciting! I had later ones in the same section, they were mostly entries of mine in the Annual Photo Contest that did not place (I did win 1st, 2nd, 3rd (twice) and Honorable mention (three times) over the years. I haven't entered for several years now. <br /> <br />But I see these days that MR is often using in the Tarckside Photos submissions by photographers who do assignments for them such as Lou Sassi and others, the "semi professional" guys. I guess they want only the best photos here, but it seems to me that newcomers to the hobby should have an outlet too. <br /> <br />Bob Boudreau
