If you have a layout that may be puboishable, send some material to MR and ask what they think. I don't think they go cruising the streets and stopping radomly, looking for layouts to select. Most material in MR and other magazines is submitted by owners or others. I've had several articles published on friend's layouts that I've photographed. They will tell you that the photos are the biggest requirement for an article. If the writing isn't up to their standards, they can fix it. But photos they cannot fix. Worth a try anyway!
