G Scale figures

Hi

I am dismayed by the lack of good quality, realistic-looking figures for G scale models. At this large scale - there is great scope for a lot of fine detail and realism. The Preiser ones seem the best I have seen so far - but not much of a range. I am particularly interested in modern US train crew figures.

Does anyone have any recommendations?
