Kaslo Shops have gone to production of HO and N scale resin kits for most of the M420 variations, except the M420TR (and who really wants one of those anyway...)
The website is http://www.kasloshops.com/
Kaslo Shops is an established producer of quality resin models. Well worth the price and the effort of assembly.

They're not out on the market yet. They're in production now. There's a link to Central Hobbies on the Kaslo site, they'd probably have them.
I've built some of their earlier kits, and they're nice, though not a one-night project. If you can build a DPM structure, you can build a Kaslo kit.
The question for me isn't whether I want an M420, it's where I'm gonna get the hundred bucks!
