I love Scandinavia! I've been gradually gaining an interest in Norse railroads, to go along with my love for the mythology, poetry, and music (I'm a bigtime fan of Hedningarna, Garmarna, Gjallarhorn, and especially Annbjorg Lien). My Windows desktop, in fact, is a periodically-updated webcam of a train station at Finse: http://www.bergens-tidende.no/grafikk/kamera/finse13.jpg I have lately realized that my love of everything Norfolk & Western ties into this via the fact that the city name "Norfolk" is a derivation of "Norse Folk". I think at some point, I am going to have to take an extended vacation and tour this region. I have yet to tour my own country by rail, though, so it might be a while... I haven't seen your sites yet, but rest assured I'm going there next. Thanks for posting!
