Since it took so long, I'd just call VISA and complain that merchant billed me for the wrong item and isn't taking care of it. Chances are VISA will give a refund (and possibly bill it to merchant). They handle these kinds of problems every day by probably by hundreds. <br />I understand why the guys is obsessed - he got screwed. What should he do, forget about the whole thing? <br /> <br />Having said that, I can't belive Tony didn't fix this already. I used Tony's once and the other guy took my order and he did screw up, but then Tony himself straightened it all out.
