I have joined a 2 rail O Scale club that is 400 miles from home! I have a friend in the club and see he pftem enough to warrant not being a guest at the club operating and work sessions!!! Why so far from home? Simple in the environs of Fort Smith, AR there are no model railroad clubs !! Learn something new every time I enter the building! Most of which I am able to use in buidling my own layout in HO scale. <br />Of course, with any club with a number of members you have those that come to work and those that stand around and bs the entire operating or work sessions. Club politics is a consideration in attempting to get the club to do anything. <br /> <br />taxdoc
