Boxes for kits/models

Has anyone found a source for two piece boxes (like Athearn or MDC)? I have acquired a couple hundred cars and engines that need boxes for storage. I have searched the web and the best I have found is a one piece "fold together" type shipping box. I have tried office supply and printing companies (some business card boxes are very suitable, but I can't find a supply). Any suggections are appreciated.
