I gues I'd have to agree with the other folks you have basically said they have wayyyy too many locomotives. (I do.) But, I also agree with the person who asked if you can ever have enough. [:)] I have... a lot. It's a disease. [:I] But, it keeps me out of trouble. For the most part. Of the fleet, maybe a half dozen are on the work table in various stages of having details added or other work done. Another dozen are in the same shape, but in boxes left over from a previous household move. One is on my computer desk. The rest are in their boxes, stacked in a bookcase next to the work table, waiting for their turn....
