The PA Railroad museum in Strasburg PA has a very nice HO layout in the works. It combines city and country scenes in a u shaped 16x25 space. They have a yard, coal mine, roundhouse, and large passenger station. They even have narrow gauge with climaxes for coal service. (maybe it was a shay?)

I learned that I have a lot to learn when it comes to design. [|)] It's personally what I have been striving for in my own 12' x 30' design.

I'll see if I can post some pictures this evening. (Although the pics don't do it justice)

have you gone to the carnegie science center and checked out their train town i think its 50'x30' the thinks is enormous but i dont know if its still up and running its been so long since ive been there

Good to see there updating the HO layout, the old one was pretty weak compared to the O and S one.
