I have Shinohara dual gauge switches( ho/hon3) on my layout. Does any one know how to wire these using Tortoise switch macnines to power the frogs, there are 3 frogs, so that I dont have to rely on the points for power. Does a common wire have to go to each frog? Jim

I suspect these are not DCC ready an are of the 'all rail' or 'live frog' design. I would gap the rails on the 'frog' end and feed power from the 'point' end of the turnout. Power is routed to the frogs by how the points are aligned. You should not need any special wiring for the Tortoise.
If these ae truly DCC ready with insulated frogs, you may need to use both contact sets on the Tortoise as one of the frogs will be on the opposite set of rails.
