model railroader back issue

In January's issue of Model Railroader there was an insert "5 Compact Track Plans" and I'm looking for the issue that shows the 1st plan, Chippewa Central. I called the editorial staff but they couldn't help. Does anyone know what issue this came from?

That's funny the issues sent to my house did not have that but the ones in the hobby shop did. I wish Kalmbach would go back to wrapping the mags in plastics as the cover are getting torn and I can tell that someone has been reading it and damaging the mag.
