Back in the old days, you could only get mail service in the cities and towns, but those that lived in the country had to come into town to get their mail. Finally the postal service began delivering to rural areas by charging a little more for general postage. As for the channel itself. It involves programs that are of interest to people that are into cattle, horses and other farm animals as well as tractors and farming equipment.
