ESU has announced their intention to introduce the latest version of the LokSound V3 in the US. It is fully programmable via an interface&software package called LokProgrammer. Those interested can dowload the decoder manual, the software and the sound projects package to try & see how it can be customized, if you have the right sound recordings.
