There several things that could cause this and it is hard to trouble shoot this kind of problem without being able to visualy check the wiring so let me ask a few questions.
1. Is the problem throughout the layout or just in select blocks?
2. Does the problem perist with both powerpacks or does it occur with only one. Ie: If you turn of cab 1 does the problem persist? If you turn of cab 2 does the problem still persist?
3. Have you traced the wires and made sure that all the leads from one power source are all connected to the same side of the selectors and the leads from the second are all on the other side?
4. Is the layout using common rail wiring? If so, are all the rail insulators on the same rail?
5. Ha you taken the wires off the selectors and connectors and checked the selector and connector outputs to see wich pack is feeding wich? Cab 1 should be feeding allthe leads on one side, but not the other etc.
