Well, I'm not forgiving him AntonioFP45 (hang with me on this Gear Driven Steam or they'll think I'm a coward), he insulted my thread, modern diesel units and all the other members that left replies about them, then came back cussing and all that. I bet if my mom was standing here you wouldn't talk like that you rotten old bully!.[:p]

Love EMD SD90s, in UP, of course, because of their size and power, I also like the F45s and SD45s of the Montana Rail Link an awful lot. [8D]

Mine would be the SD70ACe and SD70M-2. I can't wait to see the 70M-2's in NS paint!

SD75Is (CN I'm a Canuk),AC4400 and off topic (just on sheer volume) SD40. SD40-2, GP38, GP38-2 (lets not bring up steam engines). I love seeing the SD75I's when I'm walking the dog at 4:30 am and GP38s doing industrial switching while I go to work at 7:30 pm. Allright I'm hopeless!!!

Well, I'm not sure if it was made before 90 or not, but the B&P GP-38 that cruises my store gets my vote. IT's my favorite runner at the club as well. (Now I just have to get sound in it.)

None. To my eye, there is a direct inverse relationship between diesel locomotive age and beauty: the more recently its been built, the uglier it is.
